What are the cause of Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) ?
Tennis Elbow is primarily caused by repetitive stress or microtrauma to the extensor tendons, particularly the extensor carpi radialis brevis (ECRB). This overuse leads to tendon degeneration and irritation.

-
Sports involving racquets (tennis, squash)
-
Manual work (plumbing, carpentry, painting)
-
Prolonged computer mouse use
-
Improper technique during physical activity

Contributing Factors:
-
Age between 35–55 years
-
Sudden increase in activity load
-
Poor ergonomic setup at work
-
Weak shoulder or wrist stabilisers
